A free inspection with zero sales pressure
After a big storm rolls through Marion or Hamilton County, the door knockers show up fast. We are not that. Multi-Family Roofing is based on East 79th Street, we were here before the storm, and we will be here after. The inspection is free, you get every photo we take, and if the roof does not have claim-worthy damage, we say exactly that and leave you with documentation for your records. No invented urgency, no pushy contracts on the tailgate.
Hail damage roof replacement
Hail rarely opens a hole you can see from the driveway. It crushes the granule layer that protects the asphalt underneath, and those bruised spots bake in the sun until the shingle fails years early. We check slopes, ridge caps, vents, and gutters for the impact pattern insurers look for. When the damage justifies it, hail damage roof replacement is usually covered by your homeowner policy, minus your deductible.
Wind damage roof replacement
Straight-line winds crease shingles even when they stay on the roof, and a creased shingle has a broken seal that will leak later. Wind damage roof replacement claims come down to proof: which slopes, how many shingles, and whether repairs can actually match and seal. We document all of it so the decision gets made on evidence.
Documentation that holds up with your insurer
A weak claim file is how legitimate storm damage gets denied. Ours includes dated photos of every affected slope and accessory, roof measurements, the storm date, and notes tied to what your policy language cares about. When the adjuster schedules the inspection, we meet them on the roof, walk the same spots, and speak the same building code language. Owner Scott Mason is F14 International Building Code certified, which matters when code items belong in the claim scope.
Tarping first if water is getting in
If the storm left an active leak, we do not wait on paperwork. We install a secured tarp over the opening to stop the water, and we photograph the damage before covering it so the claim file stays intact. Most policies expect you to prevent further damage, so tarping protects both the house and the claim. Details are on our roof repair and tarping page.
Rebuilt to code, not patched to match
When the claim is approved, the roof goes back on the way we build every roof: full tear-off, decking checked board by board, and TAMKO shingles installed to manufacturer spec by a TAMKO Certified Contractor. You can see the whole scope of that work on our roof replacement page. Insurance jobs get no shortcuts, because our name is on the roof either way.
