Insulation and ventilation are the half of roofing most companies skip. We look at shingles, decking, ventilation, and insulation together, because an attic that runs hot and damp cooks new shingles from below and can void the manufacturer warranty. Here is every layer, attic first. Every replacement is installed to current local building codes and to TAMKO manufacturer specifications, and most single family homes are finished in one to two days.

- RaftersThe frame, and the attic space under it. That attic decides how long your shingles last.
- Attic insulationBlown-in at an even, verified depth across the whole attic floor, corners included. It keeps house heat out of the attic, which is what starts ice dams.
- DeckingInspected board by board. Soft or rotten wood is replaced before anything goes on top, priced per sheet at a rate you agree to first.
- Drip edgeNew drip edge along the eaves and rakes. Never reused parts.
- Ice and water shieldAt the eaves, up the rakes and in the valleys, where meltwater from an ice dam backs up under the shingles.
- UnderlaymentNew synthetic underlayment across the rest of the field.

Yes, every estimate is free and comes with an on-site inspection. We photograph what we find on the roof and in the attic so you can see the condition yourself before deciding anything.

Yes. We inspect the roof, document hail and wind damage with photos, and give you an honest read on whether a claim is justified. If it is, we work alongside your adjuster and rebuild the roof to code. If it is not, we tell you that too.
Most single-family homes are done in one to two days once materials arrive. Apartment buildings and commercial roofs take longer and get a written schedule up front, so residents and managers know what to expect each day.
Because a poorly vented or under-insulated attic cooks shingles from below and voids most manufacturer warranties. Checking ventilation and insulation is how we make a new roof last its full rated life, and it is a specialty of ours.
